Red Deer Ln. is about 1/2 mile long and ends in the National Forest. Did I mention privacy? Entire east side borders National Forest!

NOTE: This land is on Bly Mountain, just above the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza is about 25 miles east of Klamath Falls and has a school through high school. Only a few hundred people in the town. Land sits about 30 minutes to the east of Klamath Falls. The elevation is above the valley floor so it gets snow in the winter and is nice and cool during the summer months. Elevation on the valley floor is about 4200 feet, and this lot is probably close to 5000 feet.
Directions: Take Kingfisher east off highway 140 on Bly Mountain into KFFE unit 4. (Across from the unit 1 pump house, on sailfish) Go about 1 mile to Hummingbird. Stay on Kingfisher as it turns north. Go about a mile. Red Deer is on the right. Turn right. Drive 2000 feet to the end of the road. Parcel is on the right.
Note: Some people buy our lots and decide that they would like to have a full time water source at their property. The lots that we sell are undeveloped and don’t currently have water wells but you can inquire about having a well drilled by clicking here.
