This land is on Bly Mountain, just above the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza is about 25 miles east of Klamath Falls and has a school through high school. Only a few hundred people in the town. Land sits about 30 minutes to the east of Klamath Falls. The elevation is above the valley floor so it gets snow in the winter and is nice and cool during the summer months. Elevation on the valley floor is about 4200' and this lot is probably 4800' to 5000' in elevation. Snow in winter could sit for some time. I've seen several feet in this location. Snowmobiles anyone? People commute from this area into Klamath Falls.

NOTE: Directions: Go east on highway 140 from Klamath Falls. Just past Bly Mountain Cutoff, as you go north over Bly Mountain, you'll see a sign on the right that says Klamath Falls Forest Estates, Unit 4. You'll also see a small yellow sign that says Kingfisher. This goes into unit 4 on the right side of the highway. On the left side is Sailfish and a little green pump house. (for unit 1) Go left on Sailfish, left on Knight Owl and go aout one mile. Lot is on the left before you come to the end of the road as it turns east and then north again on Golden Eagle.
