This land is mostly level. It has a very slight grade. There are only about a dozen trees. Nice view in every direction. Road is accessible in summer, needs rock for winter. No power or phone currently. Homes in this area, but not many this far back in the unit.
Perfect for building a home if you want seclusion. This area has gravel and dirt roads, mostly wooded, only about a couple homes per square mile. The area was subdivided in the '60's and sold in large slide shows in southern California. Most never moved up. People are starting to build now in this area.
