Nice land for a home. Great for solar. Sits above the town of Bonanza in what is called Klamath Falls Forest Estates. It is in unit 4 and has a road association that upgrades roads and plows major access roads in winter. This lot is zoned for one home. Perfect for a cabin, manufactured homes OK. Good access road up Blackbird. Last 2000' on Boar may not be upgraded to gravel yet, but if you were to build you could request it.

This land is on Bly Mountain, just above the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza is about 25 miles east of Klamath Falls and has a school through high school. Only a few hundred people in the town. Land sits about 30 minutes to the east of Klamath Falls. The elevation is above the valley floor so it gets snow in the winter and is nice and cool during the summer months. Elevation on the valley floor is about 4200' and this lot is probably close to 5000'.
