Million Dollar view. Looks over Yonna Valley to the west. National Forest and BLM very close. Ride into the wilderness for miles!
Great SW exposure for solar!
About 1000' from the "end of the road" in a unit called Klamath Falls Forest Estates, unit 4, on Bly Mountain, just above the small town of Bonanza, about 30-35 miles east of Klamath Falls.
Power and phone is on Hummingbird, about 500' from the back of this lot, 1000' to the front. If you could not go through a lot line to get power, there are a couple homes 2000'-3000' down the road on Sandpiper, where it takes off from Hummingbird. These homes have power and phone. Note: Sandpiper is a small spur that is less than a mile long. Ends at BLM or National Forest, not sure which. PRIVATE!!
Road Association in the unit that runs about $28.00/year for each lot owner. Currently, there is maybe one home per square mile.
Gets snow in winter. Cool in summer.
Downslope lot. Lots of brush. Will need a cat to
put in a drive and pad. The land is 200' on Sandpiper and slopes down from there to the south and west.
If you want a view, and end of the road privacy, this one is it. Hummingbird is a major access road in the unit. It is plowed in winter. Gravel. Goes all the way to Sandpiper from state highway 140. Sandpiper is currently rough. Winter snow would make for difficult driving. Perfect if you have snowmobiles, motorcycles, cross coutry ski, hike, etc.
