Located on Sparrow Drive, in what is called Klamath Falls Forest Estates, an area subdivided in the '60's, on Bly Mountain, just above Bonanza, off the state highway 140 (old highway 66) about 30 miles east of Klamath Falls.

Excellent gravel road access. Up side is cool in summer. Downsides are snow in winter (if you don't like snow ;-) and a POSSIBLE deep well. Quotes on 900-1000' which is "possible" come in at 40-50K. (Wells in the valley are cheap and come in usually 100-300'.) The community well is used by those in this unit but to live there permanently you must drill your own well.
Bonanza is a small town that has a post office, park, gas station, resturant, mini-mart, school through high school, etc. Great if you are looking to move up with children. Great for snow birds as well.
