Hello!
I'm Michael E. Long. I've worked in farming, ranching, construction, publishing, sales, promotion, marketing, and business management. I then started selling land... and for the past 25 years I've had fun selling land in the Klamath Falls area to those that are interested in country acreage at an affordable price with easy terms! Born in 1953, I was born and raised in the Hillsboro Oregon area and currently reside close, in a small town called Sherwood, with my beautiful wife Aerial. She is a Trauma Counselor...and an absolute angel! :-)
Aerial and I are proud parents of five children, all over 30 years of age, and we are proud to say we have ten grandchildren! Aerial was born in Bend Oregon, a couple of hours from Klamath. I was raised on 43 acres surrounded by BLM Land in a small valley in the hills of the Oregon Coast Range. Elk grazing in our pasture was, and still is, a common site.
As a kid it was 4-H and animals... My mom worked for a Vet. We raised horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, dogs, chickens, rabbits and more. We grew a large garden each year,canned hundreds of quarts of food per year, and also raised strawberries. Dad was a Heavy Duty Mechanic and loves the land. I tended sheep for our Senator neighbor. I also tended another Senator's cows. I loved working on an Uncle's farm driving tractor/truck/combine and all. All this, with pool (my brothers and I had our own bunkhouse with a beautiful pool table for hours of entertainment!) and books till the wee hours... between motorcycles, cars, school, trumpet, music, singing, church, girls, and oh.... we also had one milk cow. And guess what? I was the one that was to BE THERE... twice daily, for the boss! Life was busy! And still is....... 'com boss! :-)
Moved back and forth to Southern California several times over the next twenty years and spent 12 years in Hollywood, Santa Monica, San Clemente, Tustin, Encinitas, and more. Enjoyed Gods gift to man in sunshine and warm water western beaches! I ended up moving back to Oregon to be close to family, and am grateful. Thank you God.
My kids got me into computers... and thus this site. My wife Aerial got me into golf and created a monster. :-) We love family, golf, music, .... traveling.... and welcome any calls!
