This land parcel is 225 feet in the front and it is 385 feet deep.

The west portion of 385 feet on this parcel is up against BLM so no one will be building back there. Nice privacy. There is a road being used, through the BLM land, during winter when there is a lot of snow, as there is a steep hill to climb otherwise.

The land is level and manicured. Park like setting. This parcel has been cleaned up. The west side has the least trees. The rest of the parcel is scattered pines and Juniper.

Road Association Dues

Unit four has a Road Association that upgrades and maintains roads in the unit. They also plow major access roads in winter. 2018 cost was $30.76. Due each November for the next fiscal year.
