The unit is on Bly Mountain so it does snow in winter, yet many still commute daily to Klamath Falls to work. Perfect place for a cabin or a home.
This area is called Klamath Falls Forest States. It was subdivided in the 60’s and sold mostly in slide shows in the Southern California area. It was zoned Recreation at that time. It is now zoned Residential.
There is only about one home per square mile in this area.
This area sits just east of Klamath Falls about 25 miles on Bly Mountain, just above the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza has a school through high school, park, restaurant, post office, gas station, mini-mart, etc.

Directions: Go east on 140 from Klamath Falls to Bly Mountain. At about 23 miles you’ll see Bly Mountain Cutoff road that goes south to Bonanza. Go up the hill a few more miles until you see a sign on your right that says “Klamath Falls Forest Estates Unit 4” and turn right at Kingfisher. Go to the second road which is Hummingbird and go left. Go about 1000′ and take a right on Blackbird. Go to the second road to the left, which is Boar. Turn left and go down Boar 1,600-1,800′ on the right.
