Just north of Bonanza Oregon, and south of Bly Mountain, off Bly Mountain Cutoff road, approx. 30 minutes east of Klamath Falls.
Bonanza is about 25 miles east of Klamath Falls and has a school through high school. Only a few hundred people in the town. The elevation is just above the valley floor. The valley is about 4,200′ and Bly Mountain goes up from there.
This parcel is good in that it gets less snow in the winter than a few moments north on the mountain. The access in winter is much easier. It is much cheaper to drill a well at this elevation than it is on the mountain.
Good parcel to improve. Several nice homes in the area.
