Property Details
Nice parcel to improve. Electricity & Phone on the edge of the parcel. Gravel road into a beautiful small valley on the southern end of Bly Mountain. Access is on Jaguar Lane, off of Bly Mountain Cutoff Road, that goes south into Bonanza from highway 140 on Bly Mountain. Jaguar is plowed in winter and maintained in summer by a road association that runs everyone about $30/year. Taxes is less than $100 a year at this time.
Home next door on parcel 5. If you continue east on Jaguar past this parcel and the home on lot five, in another 800 feet is Thrasher Lane. BLM and National Forest runs beyond that for miles!
The parcel is mostly level, with a very slight slope in front to the south. The back of the lot slopes as well. More than one grove of trees. Some Pines, Juniper, Ironwoods. A little surface rock. Open areas in which to build or farm, or raise animals.
Note: This parcel is lower in elevation than many of the land parcels on the mountain, and SHOULD mean that the well depth would be less. We have well logs and well drillers listed under general info on our site.
