This land is gradual up slope from road. Maybe 25′ maximum as you go back the 500′ on the land. (Land is 207′ in front and back and 501.12′ on northern side and 502.20′ on the southern line)
There are many Juniper trees. VERY NICE FULL VALLEY VIEW! Road is rough. No power currently. Phone is about 1,200′ down the road. Homes in this area, but not any this far back in the unit currently.
The land sits on Fur Trapper, at the end of the road, in the back of Klamath Forest Estates.
Perfect for building a home if you want seclusion. Manufactured homes OK. This area has gravel and dirt roads, mostly wooded, only about a couple homes per square mile. Highway 140 east from Klamath Falls to Bliss Road (about 18 miles), left onto Bliss. Go 17 miles to Sprague River Road, go left 2 miles. Take a right onto Sprague River Drive. Go one mile. Take a right on Arrowhead Lane. Take immediate left on Sprague River Drive about two miles to Steelhead Lane. Go right on Steelhead to end of road. (Mule Deer) Go left on Mule Deer (north) until it jogs west, then north again. Go about 2,500′ until you hit Frontier and turn right on Frontier to Fur Trapper, go left about 800-1,000′. Lot is on the right.
