County Info:R384159 Map No R-3711-015A0-01700-000 3.4 Acres M/L being: Lot 8, Block 9, Klamath Falls Forest Estates, Hwy 66, Plat 1, Klamath County, Oregon.
This parcel sits about 1/2 mile off State Hwy 140 on a small gravel road called White Tail Lane, in a nicely wooded area on Bly Mountain. The parcel frontage is 320 feet.
Nice trees, open areas. Some surface rock, some bitterbush.
Privacy. Backs up to State Hwy 140. Guard rail. No access off Hwy 140. Deeded road access on White Tail Ln. Due to steep frontage, this lot will need a switchback driveway to access the top of the knoll for building purposes. Currently not accessible by vehicle, only by foot.
This is a beautiful wooded parcel, up-slopes dramatically from the road, so it would take some cat work to put in a drive and pad. Lots of land and space to work with! Ready for a home in the pines with quick access off the state highway? The 8th parcel in on White Tail Lane, west, off of 140, approximately 1/2 mile.
Home to the south, on the adjacent parcel. Very nice people. They have a large parcel too, built mostly on their south side, so tons of trees between their home and this parcel should you decide to buy and build a home!
Ready for snow in winter on the mountain and awesome cooler summer days than down in the valley?
This parcel is in unit 1. Unit one has an HOA for the well. At this time, its setup for access to the well for water if you build a home with a cistern per county code. In this case you would haul your water to a pressurized cistern at your home. . (Click here to learn about using the well)
This parcel is awesome for being cool during the summer months. It gets a good amount of snow in the winter. This parcel hasn’t sold to date, because its lacking a switchback drive for access onto the property.
Community Well! (Click here to learn about using the well)
Note: You can live on the land 21 days every 6 months camping. To live on the land while your building requires a TUP, a Temporary Use Permit. To get a TUP, requires an installed septic system and a paid for building permit. This could cost approx. $10,000-20,000 To learn more, click the link and read about building/camping codes: Click Here for more Info.
