Notice of New Camping Regulations: Effective 6-23-2017
Klamath Country has made a change to the zoning rules for the land that we sell and camping is still allowed but with some restrictions.
Land owners are allowed to camp on their property for up to 21 days in any 6 month period.
One of the most common questions we get is, “Can we buy land and live in our camp trailer or RV?” The county does not allow this but you may be able to get a temporary occupancy permit to stay in your RV while you are building as long as you have the correct permits in place. For information on doing that, you’ll need to contact the Klamath County offices at: 541-883-5121: Option 4

Note: Some people buy our lots and decide that they would like to have a full time water source at their property. The lots that we sell are undeveloped and don’t currently have water wells but you can inquire about having a well drilled by clicking here.
Please Note:
Klamath County now has a new ruling for camping and land owners. Permits for outside fires on raw land are required and restricted to land with a physical address. Absolutely no open flames outdoors during fire season. Contact the local fire department for the exact regulations.
