We need a buyer with a good 4X4 that wants to be very isolated.
Former owners had three parcels they had to sell when the market went south. This was by far their favorite parcel of the three. Sits above the valley floor with a stunning view, on the Plateau at about 4,800 feet. It is zoned for one home on Plateau Drive, in the far north end of what is called Klamath Forest Estates. Very remote. Last bit of road to access the plateau is very rough at this time.
This area burned maybe 7-10 years ago. These pictures were taken a couple years after the fire. Some rock outcroppings on the land.
