Very remote property. Sits in what is called Klamath Falls Forest Estates, Sycan Unit, above the town of Beatty Oregon, which sits to the east of Klamath Falls on highway 140. This area had dirt roads plowed and all the land surveyed back in the ’60s. Nothing has been done with it since. There are people that live in this unit all year around. The land is zoned R-1 for one home. Manufactured homes and animals OK. Wells optional. Septic required.
Sits on White Oak Way. Level land. No power or phone. About 1/2 wooded, with trees in the front, another stand further back, and the last third of the lot wooded in the back. Best to enter the area from the south, through the National Forest. Only a couple blocks of bad road this way.
This is choice if you like remote. Partially flat and open and partially wooded. Perfect for a summer home. Great for a winter home if you like the snow.
