County Info: R294130 Map No R-3512-035C0-01200-000 1.51 Acres M/L being: Lot 4 Block 8, Sprague River Valley Acres Klamath County Oregon.
This is a GREAT piece of property. Check it out. You’ll love it. The only downside on this one is the last little bit in on the gravel road is fairly steep down, then back up. The road also dead ends past the parcels so it’s the only way in or out. (Nice for seclusion and privacy) Snow on the valley in this area is minimal so access is usually OK.
Note: The structure you see in the aerial view has been taken down. There is an existing dirt drive into the lot.
Deeded road access, sits on Yainax Drive, four lots to the east of Piaute. Lots are on the south side of Yaina. Lots 1-4 are 165′ in front so this lot starts 660′ from the corner. Lot is 195′ wide, and 375′ wide on the east side and 400′ wide on the west side. Lot is Cinder rock, just north of Beatty Oregon, off highway 140, about 45 miles east of Klamath Falls. Good road. Animals OK.
Manufactured homes OK. Power and phone about 800′ away. Scattered Pines. Level to rolling hills to back. Some brush. Nice open home sites.
300 days of sunshine per year! Sycan and Sprague rivers close. Many national forests close. 80 lakes and 100 rivers and streams in the county!
Location Information
Sits above the small town of Beatty. Situated in what is called Sprague River Valley Acres, an area in the country subdivided back in the ’60’s. Scattered homes, rural living. Should not have to go very far for water when you drill for a well.
(If you tap on this link while using a smartphone, it may try to give you directions to the lot instead of showing you where it is on a map. If this happens, simply copy and paste the GPS coordinates into Google Maps on your phone’s web browser.)
