County Info: 2.6 Acres APN:003-582-281-000 Being Lot 583 Pleasant Valley Highlands, #2, Siskiyou County, California NICE VIEW!
Beautiful parcel with an awesome view. Slight slope downhill to the south and east. On Greg, just off Hilltop. Junipers and sage, scattered. About 1/3rd mile to power. Hilltop is OK, but the few hundred feet to the land (to the south) on Greg, is unimproved. There is a gully there currently, so you’d need a truck as it sits now.
- Slight slope to S.E.
- Scattered Junipers
- Awesome View!
- Grassy with some surface rock
NOTE: This land is zoned for a home, as well as camping. You can legally camp there for 30 days a year, but I have talked to people that have lived there year round in their RVs and trailers and have not been asked to leave.
