Property Details
This land had a fire run through several years ago. The people living there and buying lost everything. They have left. We have cleaned up the parcel. About a dozen trees in front survived the fire. It is a nice piece of land. It is situated in Klamath Forest Estates, on Canadian Honker. Just north and east of Klamath Falls, to the north- west of the small town of Sprague River. The Sprague River and Williamson are close to this land. Great fishing. It is mostly level and open, some trees, nice mountain view. Underground phone, no electricity. Zoned to build a home on. Two large rock outcroppings on the land. One in front, one about 1/4 back onto the lot.
Aqua pump in town will come out and install and maintain the pump/etc. The quote is about $4,000-$4,500. (541) 882-6825 Dan Lown
There are a couple large greenhouses to the east of this parcel.

This subdivision is cinder-rock and gravel roads. Was subdivided in the 60’s. Scattered homes. The land sits just above the valley floor. The valley is about 4,200′ in elevation.
