Property Details
392097 Map No. 3711-023D0-02100-000 Lot 1, Block 88, Klamath Falls Forest Estates, Hwy 66 Unit, Plat 4, Klamath County, Oregon 3.04 Acres
This parcel is 3.04 acres and sits on Bly Mountain, above Bonanza, east of Klamath Falls, at 5185 feet elevation. It borders National Forest on the east side. Roam in the 1,280 acres next door!
This lot sits on Lion Lane, at the end of the road, on the south side. It is the largest parcel on the lane. Lion lane sits just east from Kingfisher, a major access road that is maintained and plowed in winter by a road association that charges about $40/year to all land owners.
The eastern boundary is fenced. The corner marker rebars have been located and marked. It is rocky past the tree line at the front of the lot. Good open southern exposure for a nice garden or animals.
Horse tracks are on the parcel, most probably the wild horses that roam the mountain.
Trees in the front, and open in the back. Open area is about 2 acres, to the south of the lot.
There is an 8 feet rock formation, like a wall, just before the back of the lot.
NOTE: If you are looking for larger acreage on the mountain, or want two tax lots for maybe a family member, we have the lot to the west available. It is 2.71 deeded acres. That would be 3.01 and 2.71, at 5.72 acres total. Both parcels at the end of the road, off a major access road, bordering National Forest.
NOTE: Zoned for a home. Camping allowed 21 days every six months. To live there as you build takes a TUP or Temporary Use Permit. To get that requires installed septic, and a paid-for building permit. Animals are ok per county codes.
