Property Details
Note: All of these photos were taken January 2018. The land looks green on google, check the link, but the trees, still standing, are burned bad. Because of this we just lowered the price again! “End of the road privacy” with a small seasonal stream that meanders across the front portion of almost 2 football fields of land. (From snow run off in winter only.) This area had a fire a couple years back. Just a few scattered Blackened Ponderosa Pines. The lot does slope slight down-slope from the road. Perfect place to build. Zoned for one home. Animals OK. No power or phone close as of yet, but it does exist in the unit. National Forest close. Great area for riding.
This area has gravel and dirt roads, only about a couple homes per square mile. The area was subdivided in the 60’s & 70’s and sold in large slide shows in southern California. It is called Klamath Forest Estates. Some nice homes in the unit, some not so nice, many in between. This area sits just north and west of the small town of Sprague River, which is about 30 miles north of the town of Klamath Falls, which serves about 100,000 people in the Klamath Basin. Over 80 lakes and 100 rivers and streams in the county. Only about one hour drive to famous Crater Lake! Great area for riding, or hiking, or hunting. National Forest close!
