Elevation 4949’ Sits on Buffalo Lane. The S.E. corner of the parcel is about 100’ west of Oriole Dr. Backs up to BLM so no one can build behind you! There is power at the corner of Buffalo and Oriole!!
This parcel is nicely wooded. These pictures were taken 11/3/22 with the first snow of the season. The land sits on Bly Mountain, and gets snow in the winter and is nice and cool in the summer.
There is a road association that plows major access roads in winter and improves the roads in the summer. The yearly cost for this is currently $46.35.
Beautiful parcel. Perfect lot to build on. Slight slope up from Buffalo, but makes for great views!
This parcel can be accessed from the south end of Bly Mountain, off Jaguar Lane, or the north end, off Kingfisher and Hummingbird.
Jaguar, Kingfisher, and Hummingbird are all major access roads into the unit and plowed in winter.
There is an old dilapidated RV in the middle of the lot. We will clean it in spring, or entertain the idea of a reduced price if buyer agrees to dismantle, and haul it to the dump.
This land sits on Bly Mountain, east of Klamath Falls, Oregon, just north of the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza has a school through high school. It’s a small town. Klamath Falls is about 40 miles to the west of this parcel. Klamath Falls is a major town, the county seat for Klamath. It has a Home Depot and other building supplies, Hospital, OIT, a trade school, and much more.
The area gets a lot of sunshine each year. Great county for hunting and fishing.
The land is zoned for one home. Septic and building permits required. Well or pressurized cistern needed for running water through the house into the septic system. (Some people haul water in.) Camping is allowed 21 days every 6 months.
