Power and Telephone is on lot 14.121 on Jaguar, about 400-500′ to the northwest, from the back of this lot. Perfect lot for solar as it gets much sunshine. Mostly level, mostly open, some scattered pines. Seasonal stream goes through a portion of LOT 23 in the shape of an “S” due to snow run-off in winter. Septic setbacks from seasonal streams are 100′ so this parcel is being sold with the adjacent parcel. Possibly a pond or resevoir for animals? Horses ARE OK! Great country for horses. Less snow here than higher up on the mountain, but it still gets snow each winter.
Put in one well and share with a family member on the adjacent lot! Horses are OK.
This land sits on the south side of Bly Mountain, lower in elevation that most Bly Mountain lots. Just above the small town of Bonanza. Bonanza is east of Klamath Falls about 25 miles. Nice little town with park, gas station, school through high school, church, post office, mini mart, etc.

This land sits on Panther. Good access. About 1 1/2 miles off Bly Mountain Cut-off road, to the east. Meadow like parcel with hills and trees in every direction. Good gravel road access.

NOTE: From Highway 140 East of Klamath Falls, go to the 27.5 mile marker and take the Bonanza or “Bly Mountain” Cutoff road south about 2 miles to Egret, then Jaguar and turn left on Jaguar Lane. Stay on the well traveled gravel road going across BLM land and you’ll come to a 25 ton weight limit sign. This is the beginning of KFFE 4 subdivision. Continue up Jaguar to the first right which is Wren Lane. Go right one block to Panther Lane and turn left until you are on the flats below. When you get to the seasonal stream and culvert going under the road, lot 23.121 is on the left. Lot 24 is the next lot to the east. The lot is marked with Orange and Green tape by the corners. The next lot to the east, past these two, has a shack on it.
Note: Some people buy our lots and decide that they would like to have a full time water source at their property. The lots that we sell are undeveloped and don’t currently have water wells but you can inquire about having a well drilled by clicking here.
