This land is very remote. It sits north and east of the town of Klamath Falls. It has no trees, is level, has rocks. Nice view in all directions. Very rough road to access. Time and money was spent to locate this lot but suggest a survey if you buy, before you build. This land is selling for much less than a normal 5 acre lot closer to town, due to access problems, and need for a survey eventually to verify corner markers, not to mention the fact that it has no trees.
